Alongside other experts, Alma designs, coordinates, and leads talks, workshops, courses, and retreats on various topics, offering the Spanish-speaking community worldwide practical methods and meditations for mental training, holistic well-being, and emotional balance. These teachings integrate insights from both Western Psychology and Eastern Contemplative Science.

Cultivating Emotional Balance

This course is designed to help you develop greater awareness, resilience, and inner stability through proven contemplative practices and psychological insights. Combining Eastern meditation techniques with Western emotional science, this course provides practical tools to transform reactivity into clarity, manage stress effectively, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and interactive teachings, you will learn to navigate emotions with wisdom and compassion, fostering a balanced and fulfilling life.

Mindfulness & Shamatha

Shamatha meditation is known as the cultivation of calm and concentration, allowing the mind to settle into a state of clarity and stability. Mindfulness is the practice of remembering our meditation object and bringing awareness to our actions in body, speech, and mind. This course will guide you in developing a deeper presence, focus, and inner peace.

Art Therapy

A transformative journey that combines creative expression with mindfulness to foster emotional healing and self-discovery. Through guided exercises in drawing, painting, and journaling, you will explore your inner world, release emotional blockages, and develop a deeper connection with yourself. This course is designed for anyone seeking to use art as a tool for personal growth, stress relief, and self-awareness—no prior artistic experience required.
