Start by defining our intention to train our mind.<br \/>\nDivide your session into 3 parts:<br \/>\n1 practice for emotional balance: Compassion, <a href=\"https:\/\/contemplarte.org\/en\/2016\/01\/09\/practice-for-the-cultivation-of-loving-kindness\/\">Loving Kindness<\/a>, Empathy or Equanimity.<br \/>\n1 practice for concentration<br \/>\n1 application of mindfulness<br \/>\nResting the mind.<br \/>\nDedication or aspiration<\/p>\n<p>In daily life:<\/p>\n<p>1 ethical practice. Volunteering, generosity, patience, etc.<\/p>\n<p>4 immeasurables (Compassion, Loving Kindness, Empathy and Equanimity), choose the right one and direct it towards every person with whom you interact.<\/p>\n<p>1 Application of mindfulness as we work and do our daily activities.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening do another formal session and a recollection of your actions during the day.<\/p>\n<p>Close with a positive aspiration for the next day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To help you design a daily practice you can follow this guide.
